Returned Goods Policy
TrafFix must receive returns within 30 days of delivery. Before returning any products to TrafFix, buyer must first receive a RAN (Return Authorization Number) from our Customer Service Department. Buyer may call, fax, or e-mail the request. Products that have been shipped in error or have factory defects may be returned for a full refund or credit. All returned products may be subject to a 20% restocking charge and all applicable freight charges. All products returned without a RAN will be refused and returned to the shipper.
